The Sandy Point Heights Plat was originally recorded in 1968, and is part of the Sandy Point Improvement Company (SPIC) managed area.  This part of the development includes the Club House, Golf Course, and Swimming Pool. It has slightly different controlling covenants than Sandy Point, since it was developed at a later date (those are available from the SPIC office or your favorite Title Company).
